Liquid Howard, later renamed "Harvey Smith," was an imperfect clone of Todd Howard created in Bethesda's underground lab. While he was hidden from the world for many years due to an inability to lie, Howard decided to allow him to direct dishonored 2 in order to bring a change of pace to the 2016 E3 conference.
